Jessica Lowe-Minor | Executive Director

Jessica Lowe-Minor has worked in the nonprofit sector for over ten years, having served in both administrative and public policy roles. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Institute for Nonprofit Innovation and Excellence (INIE),a 501c3 created in 2014 to support and advocate for nonprofits in North Florida and South Georgia. Before coming to INIE, she worked as the Live Free Campaign Director for Faith in Florida,a faith-based nonprofit representing over 130 congregations statewide, and from 2010-2014, she served as the Executive Director of the League of Women Voters of Florida.  From 2005-2010, she lobbied at the state Capitol for a number of women’s organizations including the Business and Professional Women of Florida and the Florida National Organization for Women.

  

  Alexa Blaire Cardone | Membership & Events Manager

Coming from a combined dance and nonprofit background of over 17 years, Alexa Blaire Cardone has worked in the sector in multiple capacities, including that of program-director, mentor, and board member, serving in several development roles. She is currently the Membership & Events Manager for the Institute for Nonprofit Innovation and Excellence (INIE), and is a recent graduate from Florida State University's College of Social Sciences.
